Adidas Sue Wal-Mart Over It’s Trademarked Stripes

Wal-Mart is being sue by Adidas for coming out with sneakers that uses two- and four-strip motifs which is too similar to Adidas’ trademarked three strips. The case will be heard in Portland, Ore. Court which also Adidas won $305 million last month in ruling against Payless ShoeSource.

Well here we go again, another trademark infringement claims. First it was with Beatles’ Apple Corps, then Cisco Systems about the rights to the iPhone name and now New York’s GreeNYC campaign.
