Adidas Sue Wal-Mart Over It’s Trademarked Stripes
Saturday, June 21st, 2008Wal-Mart is being sue by Adidas for coming out with sneakers that uses two- and four-strip motifs which is too similar to Adidas’ trademarked three strips. The case will be heard in Portland, Ore. Court which also Adidas won $305 million last month in ruling against Payless ShoeSource.
