McAfee Releases the “Mapping the Mal Web”

Inside McAfee’s report, it reveals that 19.2% of all website ending in “.hk” (Hong Kong) pose a security threat to users, the next is “.cn” (China) at 11%. The safest is “.fi” (Finland), followed by “.jp” (Japan).
In regards to generic domain names “.info” poses a security threat of 11.8% being the third most dangerous. […]

Yahoo! IndexTools Web Analytics Now Free

With Google’s free website optimizer tool rolling out for free, Yahoo! also started it’s free web analytics, IndexTools. The tool is now available to all partners and clients accepting the new standard Yahoo! Agreement , they will now provide the service for free.
